Traceability refers to the completeness of the information about every step in a process chain.
The formal definition: Traceability is the ability to chronologically interrelate uniquely identifiable entities in a way that is verifiable. Traceability is the ability to verify the history, location, or application of an item by means of documented recorded identification.

Although, regulations for traceability is limited to ensuring that we are "at least able to identify the immediate supplier of the product in question and the immediate subsequent recipient", upon request we supply to our clients all necessary information about the origin of the delivered products. For many of our deliveries we can advise our clients the exact area where the products were grown, how and when it came to the cleaning plant, and what processing was performed.
